MISSION STATEMENT

The mission of the International Hostage Negotiation Institute (IHNI) is to enhance the performance and professional status of law enforcement Crisis/Hostage negotiators by providing a credible and proven training resource, as well as a forum for the development of negotiation strategies and information exchange. The Institute’s ultimate goal is to improve public safety through training, education and negotiation excellence. The IHNI is a division of the Legal and Liability Risk Management Institute.
